- 5 / 5By L. RauchCame here at 11 am on a weekday for Dim Sum. This is hands down the best Dim Sum I've had in Orange County. The dining room is very comfortable with a good amount of space between each table, nicely appointed with tablecloths. The friendly servers don't rush you and will explain in English what each item is. They also will communicate your wish for a particular item to another server who will bring it to you on another cart (as opposed to other places where you have to wait until another cart comes along).
